1) طبيعة المنصة · Platform Nature

منصة ShikoGigs هي سوق إلكتروني وسيط (Intermediary Marketplace) يعمل ضمن بيئة Pi Browser. دور المنصة يقتصر على ربط مزودي الخدمات الرقمية بالعملاء وتسهيل عملية الدفع التقني. لا تعتبر المنصة طرفاً في التنفيذ ولا تتبنى أي علاقة تعاقدية بين الأطراف خارج نطاق الوساطة.

ShikoGigs is an intermediary marketplace within Pi Browser. The platform connects digital service providers with clients. ShikoGigs is not a party to the service execution and does not assume any contractual relationship outside of its role as a facilitator.

2) نظام الدفع والضمان · Payments & Escrow

عملة Pi حصراً: تتم جميع المعاملات عبر Pi SDK. يُحظر تماماً طلب أو قبول أي دفع خارج المنصة أو بعملات ورقية (Fiat).

نظام الضمان (Escrow):عند طلب خدمة، يتم حجز مبلغ الـ Pi في نظام ضمان المنصة. لا يتم تحويل المبلغ للمستقل إلا بعد "تأكيد الاستلام" من العميل أو بقرار من لجنة النزاع.

• الاشتراك الشهري: 1 Pi (غير مسترد) · Monthly subscription: 1 Pi (non-refundable)
• رسوم من مزود الخدمة (15٪): تُخصم من قيمة الخدمة عند الاكتمال — مقابل توفير السوق والحماية وضمان الدفع. 15% deducted from provider payout on completion.
• رسوم من العميل (5٪):تُضاف كـ"رسوم ضمان ومعالجة" عند الدفع — مقابل نظام Escrow وفض النزاعات. 5% added to client payment as escrow & processing fee.
• Example: 100 Pi service → client pays 105 Pi · provider receives 85 Pi · platform earns 20 Pi total.
• المدفوعات عبر Pi SDK داخل Pi Browser بموافقة صريحة

Pi-Only: All transactions use Pi SDK. Exchange for fiat or external payments is strictly prohibited. Escrow System: Payment is held in escrow and only released to the provider upon client confirmation or dispute resolution. Total platform fee: 20% (15% from provider + 5% from client). Monthly subscription: 1 Pi (non-refundable).

3) جودة العمل وفض النزاعات · Work Quality & Disputes

المرجعية:يعتبر "وصف الخدمة" والمراسلات داخل "شات الطلب" هي المرجع الوحيد لتقييم الجودة عند النزاع.

مسار النزاع: في حال الاختلاف، توفر المنصة مساراً رسمياً للتحكيم. قرار إدارة المنصة في النزاع نهائي وملزم للطرفين بناءً على المخرجات المسلمة ومطابقتها للوصف.

Referential: The "Gig Description" and official "Order Chat" are the sole references for quality assessment. Dispute Path: ShikoGigs provides a formal arbitration process. The platform's decision is final and binding based on deliverable compliance with the agreed-upon description.

4) التواصل والخصوصية · Communication & Privacy

يُمنع منعاً باتاً تبادل وسائل التواصل الخارجية (رقم الهاتف، إيميلات، روابط خارجية). أي اتفاق يتم خارج المنصة يُسقط حق المستخدم في الحماية أو استخدام مسار النزاع، ويحق للمنصة تعليق الحسابات المخالفة.

Exchanging external contact info (Phone, Email, etc.) is strictly prohibited. Any agreement outside the platform voids dispute protection and may lead to account suspension.

5) المسؤولية القانونية · Disclaimer & Liability

الملكية الفكرية: مزود الخدمة مسؤول قانوناً عن امتلاك حقوق أي محتوى يقدمه للعميل.

إخلاء المسؤولية: المنصة غير مسؤولة عن أي خسائر ناتجة عن تقلبات شبكة Pi أو قرارات فريق Pi Core Team، أو أي توقف تقني ناتج عن تطوير النسخة (MVP).

Intellectual Property: Providers are solely responsible for owning the rights to their deliverables. Disclaimer: ShikoGigs is not liable for losses due to Pi Network decisions, currency fluctuations, or technical downtimes during this MVP phase.

6) تعليق الحسابات · Account Suspension

تحتفظ المنصة بحق حظر أي مستخدم يحاول الاحتيال، أو نشر محتوى مسيء، أو التحايل على نظام العمولات، أو مخالفة سياسات Pi Developer.

The platform reserves the right to ban any user for fraud, offensive content, fee circumvention, or violating Pi Developer policies.

7) تعديل الشروط · Amendments

يحق للمنصة تعديل هذه الشروط مع إشعار المستخدمين. الاستمرار في الاستخدام يُعدّ قبولاً.

The platform may update these Terms with user notice. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
